I spent an entire day with my fellow blogger friends here learning zumba in water to the popular hits of Ed Shreen and talking it all out at the high tea party exclusively hosted by Radisson Blu Faridabad.

The session was a refreshing way to work out in the swimming pool to get fit and beat the heat at the same time. With such a unique and rejuvenating way to exercise in the pool,Radisson Blu is all set to serve its patrons a great deal of summer and fitness.
With the urge of losing some extra calories aqua aerobics offers more than ever. The session focuses on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
